Helping Kids Build Confidence, Skills, and Independence
Every child deserves the chance to play, learn, and participate fully in daily life. At Owl Pediatric Therapy, our pediatric occupational therapy services help children build the physical, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive, all in a setting that feels fun, supportive, and engaging.
Whether your child needs help with sensory processing, handwriting, gross motor skills, or self-care routines, our experienced occupational therapists meet them where they are and guide them toward their goals with warmth, creativity, and care.
Areas We Support
Our occupational therapy services help children strengthen the skills needed for success at home, school, and in the community:
- Sensory Processing & Regulation – Supporting children in responding to sensory input in ways that help them focus, feel calm, and stay engaged.

- Gross Motor Skills & Coordination – Building balance, agility, and whole-body coordination for active play and sports.
- Postural Control & Strength – Strengthening core muscles for better sitting posture, stability, and endurance.
- Sensory-Based Feeding Approach – Helping children explore and enjoy new foods in a stress-free way.
- Self-Care & Daily Living Skills – Encouraging independence with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Executive Functioning & Attention – Improving planning, organization, and focus for school and daily life.
- Social Participation – Encouraging meaningful connections and peer interactions.

Our Evaluation Process
Your child’s journey begins with a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation, which includes:
- Standardized assessments to measure skills and identify needs
- Clinical observations during play and movement
- Caregiver input, because you know your child best
After the evaluation, we meet with you to review the results, answer questions, and create individualized therapy goals based on your child’s strengths and areas for growth.
Therapy Sessions That Feel Like Play
Our 1:1 occupational therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and follow your child’s interests to keep learning fun and motivating. While every session is unique, we always focus on building real-life skills that carry over into home, school, and community life.
Parent collaboration is a key part of our approach; we equip you with strategies and activities to continue progress outside the clinic.
