Full-Time SLP

Therapist owned private speech therapy clinic is seeking a full-time employee to join their growing team. We are a family-centered pediatric clinic, with a focus on respecting neurodiversity and building on client’s strengths. In this role, you will provide pediatric speech and language therapy services in our clinic. On occasion, our therapists also provide services within nearby private and public schools. The school-based opportunities are matched to your skillset and thoughtfully created with reasonable caseload requirements in mind. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Provide fun, engaging, and effective speech and language therapy services to children.
  • Collaborate closely with families, focusing on education around development and providing functional home activities.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments and session notes.
  • Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
  • Participate in community outreach activities

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current MA state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with children with diverse communication needs in clinical and/or educational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children and commitment to neurodiverse affirming practices.
  • A very strong CF candidate will be considered.
