Isabelle Andrei, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 15 years of experience supporting children across public schools and private practice settings. She has worked with a wide range of diagnoses including autism, ADHD, articulation disorders, and learning disabilities. She has experience working with children of all ages. Isabelle brings a thoughtful, team-based approach to therapy, collaborating closely with families, educators, and specialists to support each child’s communication and social development.
With advanced training in ADHD, executive functioning, and literacy-based interventions, Isabelle is especially passionate about helping neurodiverse learners succeed. She draws on her extensive knowledge of sensory profiles, self-regulation strategies, and holistic supports to create highly individualized therapy experiences. Her warm presence and deep clinical expertise make her a valued member of our team.
Isabelle is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA.
Isabelle has received training from the Hanen Center, and has been trained in It Takes Two To Talk, and More Than Words. She also has training in DIR/Floortime. Isabelle enjoys play-based therapy with young children who are gaining their first words. She also has expertise gained from training in Lindamood Bell’s Visualizing and Verbalizing, Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking, Nancy Telian’s Lively Letters, Self-Directed Strategy Instruction (SRSD) for Writing, and knowledge of multisensory, structured literacy intervention.
When not at work, Isabelle enjoys spending time in nature with her two dogs, biking, lifting weights, and reading. She also loves family game night with her husband and two children. She is an active volunteer in community organizations and serves on several boards and committees.
